I am a Brooklyn based Director and Screenwriter, a graduate of NYU with a BFA in Film & Television Production. My last short film, Downtown screened in the Short Film Corner at Cannes and is currently on the festival circuit. This past summer, Miramax highlighted me as an emerging filmmaker in their blog. I have also received the top prize for "Best Play" and "Best Director" in NYC's growing "Take Ten" theater festival, for my interpretation of a new play called, Disappearing (by Cathy Earnest). I'm planning to shoot my next short film, "Crow" in this coming October and am hard at work on two feature-length screenplays, hoping that one of them will become my directorial debut. I strive to tell stories that inspire discussion, educate and linger in the people’s minds that watch them. I love to collaborate with all types of people and experiment, often, with music, photography and the culinary arts.
